Great news for all of our dealers that use Connect 24, GMS is now a Connect 24 Master Reseller! Transferring accounts is easy. You will simply sign an authorization form and GMS will do the rest. No service calls or further involvement is needed on your part. GMS will handle it all.
Once you have transferred your Connect 24 accounts to GMS, you will have 24 x 7 support, by GMS staff that already knows your company. You will still have access to activate or deactivate accounts through the internet or the Connect 24 automated VRU. Your existing usage rates and activation fee will be the same as what you are currently paying.
Plus, instead of paying one year in advance with Connect24, GMS will include your monthly usage charges on your regular monitoring invoice. If you have already paid Connect 24 in advance, you should receive a prorated reimbursement, from Connect 24, once the transition of your accounts has been completed.
