Reports

  • Dealers can be notified by email, directly to their Blackberry or text messaging for any alarm status changes.
  • Test results can be automatically emailed when placed back online or instantly through eLink and your Blackberry.
  • Daily activity reports can be filtered to include as much or as little information as the dealer wants. EXAMPLE: Dealers can choose from the following report options through the web access, eLink:

  • Any time an operator reaches a wrong number on the call list, a notification email can be automatically sent out.

Zones

  • Temporary Dispatch Notes:  Instructions can be automated so operators do not have to read and interpret notes. The notes will automatically expire when needed.
  • GMS can set up a particular zone so that it is system handled if it trips once in a two minute time span, or twice in five minutes or any other combination the dealer would like. Operators do not have to see signals that don’t require handling, thus increasing response time and helping to eliminate false alarm charges.
  • Any Zone can be given any call list. Our operators only see one set of instructions at a time that are appropriate for the event, the day of the week and the time of day.

Contact List Automation

  • Any name/number on the list can be given specific times of day to call. Outside of their hours, their name and number will not appear on the call list.
  • Temporary RP List: The operator will only see the Temporary RP List based on the dates and times that coincide with the list. This can be combined with Temporary Dispatch Notes.

Schedule Automation

  • We offer the most robust scheduling in the industry today.We are capable of layering an unlimited amount of schedules on any given account.
  • Customizable schedules to fit your needs.
  • All open and close signals can be sent to an operator for handling regardless of the schedule if employee monitoring is a concern for the client.
  • The account can be set up so only invalid user IDs are sent to an operator for handling.
  • Accounts can be set up so all valid users are allowed to open and close regardless of the time of day.
  • Individual users can be given individual schedules.
  • Float Times: Specific Users can be given limited access afterhours. The account can be set up so that from whatever time he/she opens, our operators will expect a closing signal after a predetermined amount of time.
