Many 3rd Party Cell Communicator providers receive your Customers initial Signals from the protected premises to their 3rd Party’s NOC (Network Operations Center) then the NOC retransmits the Signals via Dial-Up technology to the Central Station such as re-transmitting the Signals via Modem Banks to your Toll-Free Receiver Line(s), this incurs a charge to your Toll-Free Receiver Line(s) the same as if the Customer was programmed to report to one of your Toll-Free Lines at the Central Station via Telephone Line based communicator.

Some also have “Back-Up” transmission path options where your Toll-Free Receiver Line(s) would be used ONLY for “Back-Up” versus primary path.
